Despite breaks on High Bar and the Parallel Bars, Israel’s Artem Dolgopyat had a fine showing in qualifications at the Nanjing Youth Olympic Games, earning berths in the All Around, Floor Exercise and Vault finals.
Israel’s junior ladies gathered Friday to battle it out on the gym floor, while Israel and Hamas continued to lob rockets and bombs, in what played out to be a nerve racking but successful celebration of gymnastics.
It was just another day of practice in the Hadar Yosef gymnasium, home of the Hapoel Tel Aviv gymnastics club, and the national training center.
